Welcome to Goodhue MultiClean! By accessing or using our cleaning services (carpet, upholstery, rug, and move-out cleaning), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

  • Client: The individual or business utilizing GoodHue MultiClean's services.

  • Company: Goodhue MultiClean, the provider of cleaning services.

  • Services: Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, and move-out cleaning.

3. Services Overview
We offer the following services:

  • Carpet Cleaning: Cleaning of carpets using professional equipment and products.

  • Upholstery/Furniture Cleaning: Cleaning of upholstery and furniture materials.

  • Rug Cleaning: Cleaning of various types of rugs with special attention to delicate materials.

  • Move-Out Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning for clients moving out of a residence or office.

4. Booking and Scheduling

  • Services must be booked at least 3 days in advance.

  • Rescheduling or cancellations require a minimum notice of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Short-notice cancellations or rescheduling may incur a 15% cost fee.

5. Service Fees and Payment

  • Pricing is based on the service type, size, and condition of the area or items to be cleaned.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service or as agreed in advance.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, Visa, and Mastercard for credit and debit cards.

6. Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the areas and items to be cleaned.

  • Ensure clear access to the cleaning area(s).

  • Remove fragile or valuable items from the cleaning area(s).

7. Company Obligations

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services using safe and effective products.

  • Exercise care when handling clients' property.

  • Communicate with the client about any challenges encountered during the service.

8. Photography Consent

  • The company will take photographs of the area/items to be cleaned before and after service for internal records and evidence.

  • The photographs will be shared with the client and used only for internal purposes unless the client provides explicit consent for promotional use.

  • By contracting our services, clients grant permission for GoodHue MultiClean to use these photographs in promotional materials.

9. Liability and Damages

  • The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear to carpets, upholstery, rugs, or other property.

  • Liability for damages caused by the company will be limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

  • We have a 2 million liability insurance for your peace of mind.

10. Health and Safety

  • The company uses non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible.

  • Clients are advised to keep children and pets away from the cleaning area(s) until the service is completed.

11. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints must be submitted within [Time Frame] of the service completion.
